It’s a fact that most people who start out in internet marketing will fail. I’m sure that’s the last thing you want to hear right now, but it is a cold, hard reality. Anyone who has been following this blog knows that my decision to leave my job back in 2006 didn’t come without consequences. There were many times that I simply didn’t know where my next meal was coming from or how I would be able to pay my utilities next month.

I survived the rest of the year by selling some possessions and borrowing money from family members. All the while, I continued to plug away at making money using Ezine articles and Clickbank. I had always dabbled in article marketing, but never really gave it my all.

Gradually, things improved. I was making fewer mistakes and the money kept creeping up from one month to the next. Eventually, after a year or so, things started taking off well beyond anything I could have imagined.

And the rest, as they say, is history. Slowly, but surely, my checks started increasing and I managed to get back on my feet.

But, honestly; I had never come so close to living under a bridge in a cardboard box in all my life. It was truly frightening. Not something that I ever want to repeat.

These days, things are much better. I have gotten to the point where I pay 100% of my bills using the money I make from internet marketing. Not only that, but I have also managed to make a nice dent in my credit card balance. You can’t imagine how good that feels after considering bankruptcy back in 2008.

Over the past year, I’ve received a number of requests from readers of this blog for more information about exactly what it is that I do to make a living online.
